Mrs. Taxatie places great value on the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy provides you with clear and transparent information about how we handle personal data.

For what purposes do we process personal data?
Mrs. Taxatie processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Entering into agreements, namely an assignment for the appraisal of real estate by one of the appraisers affiliated with Mrs. Taxatie.
For the above purposes, we may ask for the following personal data from you:
- Name
- Address
- Postal code / City
- Phone number
- Email address
Provision to third parties
The data you provide to us may be disclosed to third parties if necessary for the performance of the purposes described above.
For example, an appraisal report is submitted by the appraiser for validation to the Dutch Property Value Institute (NWWI).
Mrs. Taxatie never discloses personal data to parties with whom we have not entered into a processing agreement. Furthermore, we will not provide the data you have provided to other parties unless it is legally required and permitted. An example of this is when the police request (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such a case, we must cooperate and are obliged to provide this data. We may also share personal data with third parties if you give us written permission or instruction to do so.
We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU.
Minors
Wij verwerken enkel en alleen persoonsgegevens van minderjarigen (personen jongen dan 18 jaar) indien daarvoor schriftelijke toestemming is gegeven door de ouder, verzorger of wettelijke vertegenwoordiger.
Retention period
Mrs. Taxatie does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or required by law and/or registration with the NRVT.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, including the following measures:
- Laptop can only be activated with password and touch ID;
- GDPR antivirus installed on laptop;
- Office space has an alarm system.
Rights regarding your data
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete the personal data we have about you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part of it) by us or by one of our processors. You also have the right to have the data you provided to us transferred to yourself or directly to another party if desired. We may logically ask you to identify yourself before we can comply with the aforementioned requests.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask you to contact us about it. If you cannot resolve it with us, we naturally find this very unfortunate. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which is the supervisory authority in the field of privacy.
